Chavah Aima

Today I want to share with you a prayer I wrote during my annual 21 day fast last February. I hope you will enjoy it, and use it in your daily prayers if you like. The prayer is titled, Eheyeh Adonai, which is Hebrew for I Am Lord.

Eheyeh Adonai, Inherent Ruler of All. I am merely a cell in your vast body of
Consciousness. Yet in this cell vibrates the full power of your divine majesty
and in all things I sense your Presence. As consciousness I call upon Supreme
Consciousness, which is all love, all unity, all wisdom, and all life; to awaken
this body-mind to your celestial reality.

Eheyeh Adonai, Sweet Essence of Bliss. Bring your power and your light into my
heart, into my mind, into my body. Tingle every molecule of this cosmic temple,
chalice of your eternal flow. Take this my body; consecrate it with your sacred
will. Purge it of all error. Let it know only Now; not how. Anoint it with the
holy oil that carries your endless flame. In this divine unity, I live and
breathe and have my being.

Eheyeh Adonai, Sacred Self Divine. Keep me immersed in your truth and love day
and night. Only your wisdom and protection surround me as I journey back to you.
Illuminate my life, and grant me the transcendent vision of your grace and
beauty. Let your holy angels abide with me, assist me in every endeavor, and
bring all forces into my command for the Glory of your name.

Eheyeh Adonai, Immortal Sovereign Spirit. Let your will endure in me. Shine
your limitless light upon all darkness. Make me know what to do; for, without
you I am stumbling, and within you I am free. May all praise and joy rise unto
you, for you are the Source of all laughter, delight, love and ecstasy. Direct
my steps on the path of righteousness; make me an instrument of your peace.

Eheyeh Adonai. Eheyeh Adonai. Eheyeh Adonai. Lord I Am. Amen. Shalom.
